Thanks Doc! :) I always giggle on the inside when I get myself to go to the gym to appease my mind, "for 15 minutes, just go for 15 minutes." usually those days are the hardest, when you try to get out of it and all you need to do is maintain your momentum with a short, 15 min bike or core workout or swim or sauna even. It's the 5 minutes you dedicate to yourself everyday that grows into 30 minutes and changes your lifestyle. Thanks for the awesome feedback! Love your advice.
