Thanks for reading Jan. I definitely understand how the pigeon crap comes at you. It just sucks. Suffering is sandpaper for the soul, Ram Dass said. I tend to agree with him if we can find the silver lining for our effort, habits, purpose, direction and move towards Amor Fati-type living.
