The modern dating world can be confusing for men.

Online dating apps, cryptic messages, confusing texts, and mysterious encounters can make you want to quit dating altogether.

I get it.

I’m going to generalize women in much of this article.

Of course, there are always exceptions to every rule or human experience.

Still, to be fair, in my experience, a majority of women hid behind their truth when dating. Women tend not to be as straightforward and blunt because:

1. They actually think about how it feels to be on the other side and don’t share their truth in an effort not to hurt your feelings.
2. They’re just playing the field to keep you in the dark.
3. They don’t know about you yet.
